Berewood Coronavirus Tier Changes

Berewood falls across two local council boundaries; Winchester and Havant.

Those residents living in Yew Gardens (Phase 2) are part of Havant Borough Council and so from Sun 20 December will be in Tier 4.

Waterlooville will also be in Tier 4 so please ensure you follow the guidelines in place.

The rest of the development remains in Tier 2.

Halloween Competition Winners

This Halloween we asked residents to send us photos of their amazing decorations for the chance to win a prize (£50 Amazon voucher for first place, £20 for the runner up).

Congratulations to the winners! It was very difficult to select the winning entries as there were so many creatively decorated homes to choose from. It was wonderful to have so many participate in the Halloween spirit despite the lack of traditional trick-or-treating.

Mayoral visit to Berewood

We were delighted to welcome both Cllr Patrick Cunningham, Mayor of Winchester, and Cllr Prad Bains, Mayor of Havant, to Berewood for a socially distanced site visit last month.

On 28th September the Mayors visited both the Berewood and Wellington Park developments, which together form the Parish of Newlands. They were shown the future plans for Berewood and all the great features that make this such a wonderful place to live.

“I was impressed with the emphasis on the environment and nature and the steps being put in place to ensure that the site is a sustainable one” Cllr Prad Bains, Mayor of Havant

We look forward to welcoming more local stakeholders to the Berewood in future.

Should you have any questions about the development, you can contact us via berewood@graingerplc.co.uk
