The Masterplan

The Master Developer
Grainger plc is the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, with over 110 years of experience creating and managing high quality homes across the country. Founded in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1912, we’re a market leader in the build-to-rent and private rented sector (PRS), with a portfolio that includes landmark developments and strategic land sites like Berewood in Hampshire.
As master developer at Berewood, we manage the infrastructure, green spaces and planning obligations while working with trusted housebuilders to deliver new homes.
Every Grainger home is professionally managed by our in-house team, ensuring excellent service, fair terms and a truly hassle-free rental experience. We’re proud that 9 out of 10 residents say they really like their Grainger home, and our customers stay with us for nearly three years on average. By putting people at the heart of everything we do, we set a new standard for well-managed, high quality rental homes in the UK.
