Grainger plc has been the creator and custodian of wonderful places to live for over a century.
Founded in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1912, it is the UK’s largest listed residential landlord and a market leader in the UK build to rent and private rented sector (PRS), with a varied portfolio including strategic land sites such as Berewood.
Grainger Plc acts as master developer at Berewood; preparing and selling parcels of land to house builders, managing the infrastructure, green space, and legal obligations with the local councils.
Asim Kayani
Development Manager
Asim joined Grainger in 2018 as Project Manager at our Wellesley development in Aldershot, and took over as Development Manager of Berewood in March 2020.
Asim oversees the development and manages the many consultants and contractors working together to make Berewood a wonderful place to live.
Chris Williams
Project Manager
Chris joined Grainger in 2022 as Project Manager at Berewood and our Wellesley development in Aldershot.
Chris oversees development infrastructure and assists in managing the many consultants and contractors on site.
David McCarthy
