As the Southern Allotment site with its designated apiary area is still a few years away, the Portsmouth Beekeeping Association have set up a temporary apiary on site until they can move in to their permanent home. With the huge variety of wildflower banks and meadows, clover, and beautiful gardens on site, the bees will be spoilt for choice! We can’t wait to sample some Berewood honey, and if supply allows we will be selling jars next year with the proceeds going to local charities.
