Residents on the Yew Gardens phase of the development have commemorated the Queen in her platinum jubilee year by planting a tree in her memory as part of the Queen’s Canopy initiative. The Queen’s Green Canopy is creating a living legacy with over a million trees planted in Her Majesty’s name across the nation, serving as a lasting tribute to Her Majesty’s extraordinary service to her country and her people.
