During the summer term the Berewood team were joined by a Year 10 student from Oaklands Catholic Primary for her work experience placement. We were so impressed with her growth in confidence and knowledge during the week. She worked on a micro project over the week; interviewing team members about their jobs, visiting Redrow’s sales office, creating office signage, sending emails, observing meetings and attended a nature observation walk with the ecologist, she then delivered a presentation at the end of her week reflecting on her time with us. .
