Proposal for Second Primary School

Hampshire County Council have launched the pre-planning consultation for their proposal to build a new 1.5 form entry primary school (315 places) together with a resource provision for an additional 8 children at Berewood. This consultation will run until 7 April 2023. The proposed new primary school is planned to open in September 2025 and would admit up to 30 places for Year R (age 4+) and will grow over time to a total of 45 pupils per year group, an overall total of 315 pupils. Proposed Development of Blue Star Land

Development proposals are being worked up to enable the submission of an outline planning application on Blue Star land for up to 90 dwellings plus associated drainage and public open space. Development proposals are being worked up to enable the submission of a Reserved Matters Application for 27 dwellings on land known as the School Extension Land, which is located in the northern area of Berewood. Plans submitted for Northern Allotments

A planning application for the Northern allotments, situated to the north of our Elm Green phase, has been submitted to Winchester City Council for approval.
