Plans submitted for Northern Allotments

A planning application for the Northern allotments, situated to the north of our Elm Green phase, has been submitted to Winchester City Council for approval. Commemorative Tree Planting at Yew Gardens

Residents on the Yew Gardens phase of the development have commemorated the Queen in her platinum jubilee year by planting a tree in her memory as part of the Queen’s Canopy initiative. The Queen’s Green Canopy is creating a living legacy with over a million trees planted in Her Majesty’s name across the nation, serving as a lasting tribute to Her Majesty’s extraordinary service to her country and her people. Next Land Phases Sold to Redrow Homes

We are delighted to announce that we have sold the next phases of land to Redrow Homes.   Kentidge Coppice and Daubenton Glen are situated to the west of the site, and will be marketed collectively as Ash Gardens.   We look forward to continuing to work with the Redrow team, who have previously built Yew Gardens, Oak Vale, and Elm Green.

Redrow Supports Berewood Primary School Year 6 Leavers

Redrow has donated £570 to Berewood Primary School in sponsorship of the leaver’s hoodies for the outgoing cohort of Year 6 students. This marks the second cohort of students who have completed their primary schooling at Berewood Primary School and the hoodies that Redrow have donated will help students mark this important milestone in their education.
